BFF CHALLENGE: Laser Tape Manicure

So today I bring you another BFF Challenge post. I had loads of fun with this manicure challenge- Tape! I received loads of compliments on this and I love the results.

For this manicure I skittled some neon and bright colours from the Color Club Poptastic Collection (sadly my bottles don't have names). Once it was dry I used some striping tape to create some cool patterns on my nails. Then I applied a coat of Barry M Black over each of my nails and while the tape was still wet pulled off the tape. This is actually really easy to do- I can't believe I haven't tried this before!

I love the fact the lines are so crisp and the contrast between the colours and the black looks really funky.

How cool is this? Have you tried using tape?
Don't forget to check out the others ladies girly manicures!

And stay tuned for my book manicure this Saturday!

  4. This is one of your best mani's. I love doing tape mani's but have to remind myself to wait until the polish is completely dry every time.

  8. I love the effects you can create with striping tape and these are awesome! I love the bright bold colors under the black. I like to use multiple patterns/designs on each nail, but it usually ends up looking a bit crazy and I wish I'd just done the same on each nail. These look great being different colors AND designs. I love it!
