Polish Days: Geometry

So it's time for another dose of Polish Days and Septembers theme is Geometry in honor of September being back to school month. I spent five years working in a school uniform shop while studying and boy was did I dread September coming around...

For my geometric nails I decided to go simple but I think it helps them look really bold and distinctive:

Firstly I painted my nails with Cliche's I Love Cats polish in the shade Siamese (I kid you not with the name). Which is a seafoam green polish with blue undertones and a very subtle gold shimmer. I got this polish from a swap with a lady in Portugal and I am not sure about it's availability outside of  Europe.

I then painted segments of my nail with another foreign beauty; Esmalte Beauty Color in the shade Sunflower which is a Brazilian Polish. It is a perfect orange with a very noticeable (and beautiful gold shimmer).

I tided up my segments by using a Flormar Striper Nail Art polish (the shade name is NA08). This bought the design together and gives it a kind of retro chic that I really like!

So there you go... using polishes from Germany, Portugal and Brazil! I love the fact someone asked me how many hours it took to do this. It is super easy and quick to do for all you nail art newbies and just think of the colour possibilities!

What do you think of this design?
