I can understand why I haven't used this one before, Amy from Nailventurous no longer sells her polishes meaning this is now a pretty sought after. But something in me doesn't like using rare polishes for fear of using them up or not being good enough to own to them. Silly huh? Especially when this is such a pretty polish!
Burst of Blue! is a mix of neon blue micro matte 'floam-style- glitter in a clear base, peppered with black micro glitter and white bars and hexs. I used Barry M Grey as a base of this polish and it really helps that blue to pop. This polish for me is a typical floam glitter it needs to be dabbed onto the nail instead of swiped. I guess this would be buildable on it's own with a base polish if you don't mind evil incarnate in the form of glitter removal. I used two coats here and then applied a generous coating of Seche Vite.
This polish is really simple yet is actually much more complex on the nail. Sometimes it looked grey with hints of blue and other times it looked blue with hints of grey/black and white. If you can find one of these polishes up for swap you should grab it and never let it go.
Remember that Emma and Bee are doing this challenge with me check out what polish they picked for there B polish! What would you have picked?
