The Digit-al Dozen does Decades: Art Deco

Today's manicure is a Gatsby inspired 1920's inspired manicure inspired by The Nailasaurus. This also gave me the opportunity to practice using striping tape again. I feel I am getting better with it!

The base of this manicure is Barry M Gold foil. I then used striping  tape and trusty Barry M Black to create these simple intersecting designs. My accent nail is a very thin coat of Julep Oscar.

I love the pattern on my first nail, I want to try it as a full manicure with brighter colours! I really love how decadent this manicure is!

You can see what the rest of the Dozen has done following the links below!

  1. Black and gold is so classic together. I need to use my striping tape now.

  3. Beautiful! Great job with the tape!

  4. Love this! Black and gold is so classy :) My favorite is the basket weave on your pointer finger
