Dollish Polish Look At The Flowers Lizzie

Hello lovely readers first off let me make an apology for the state of my hands, nails and cuticles. My boyfriend bought his first car over the weekend and I have been scrubbing off 16 years worth of grime off this car. It was actually growing moss... yeah it was that bad. So my nails have been in constant water and I broke pretty much every nail on my right hand. Owch!

Anyway a package of nail mail has cheered me up and I KNEW I needed to wear one straight away. The polsihes in questions were Dollish Polishes. I wanted needed all of the polishes form Dolly's new fandom collection but I have really limited myself but I couldn't resist a green polish. Espically with a walking dead reference this perfect. So here we have "Look At The Flowers Lizzie":

Look At The Flowers is an olive toned green polish with plenty of shimmer and a scattering of matte glitter to give it a perfect speckled effect. I love those pops of pink-red in the murky and pretty dismal (in a good way) green!  This polish just screams Zombie Apocalypse!

My swatches show three medium density coats, this polish is quite thin so it can be layered over a appropriate  colour to build up the green but I like the subtly of this polish on it's own. There is maybe a little VNL in my photos but this really isn't noticable in real life at all!  Also I didn't have to fish or place any of the glitter and this is topped with Seche Vite topcoat.

I would almost go so far as to say this is work appropriate as it is so subtle. I really adore it!  This polish is a masterclass in how polishes should be. I am gutted that I haven't got any more form this collection to show you yet but trust me I will (hello, Game of Thrones, Sherlock and Supernatural fandoms I need your polishes at least!)

Have a wonderful day everyone I suppose I should get back to  cleaning that damn car!
