L is for Cult Nails Living Water

The Alphabet challenge is going well, today we are on the letter 'L'. Again another untried came out to play- enter Cult Nails Living Water.

Living Water is a black base with greeny-teal micro glitter. This polish is supposed to represent phosphorescence in the water. The polish itself it kinda watery in texture, I found even for a jelly it was quite thin. The first coat applied rather patchy and it had a tendency to drag between coats if each coat wasn't completely dry. However with a little patience this polish was fine to apply. I used three coats and then finished with HK girl topcoat.  Although the polish was completely smooth to the touch it still looks a little gritty in the photos so I would recommend a second layer of topcoat if this is an issue for you.

You can find the rest of the manicures done as part of this challenge (by some fab British Bloggers ) over at The Hub!  Go check 'em all out!
