Ted Baker That's A Wrap Floral Nail Wraps Review

I am a big Ted Baker fan, I own a few of their bags and even a few of their nail polishes so when I was asked if I would like to review their new nails wraps I got quite excited.

The packing on these wraps is very luxe, the rose gold is perfectly on trend and makes these seem very classy and upmarket.

I must admit I wasn't overly keen on this design, it is a little to dark and undefined for my liking. It reminds me of deep in the middle of a jungle with flashes of exotic flowers. However this is just my personal opinion and these are quite nice in the fact that they arn't too in-your-face and bold and are subtle in a gothy-vampy-chic way. If these aren't for your taste there are several other brighter designs you can choose from too.

Inside the packet you get clear instructions and the wraps are sealed for freshness.

The packet was quite hard to get into, there were perforations where you were meant to rip the packaging apart but those actually intersect the wrap and I was afarid to pull more firmlyand rip the wraps. You can see what I mean in the photo below.

So what were these like to apply? I have had quite alot of experience with wraps and these were pretty easy to work with. You remove the plastic coating and then stick these stickers against your cuticles pushing them down to adhere to the nail bed.  I found these wraps a little thick than others I have worked with but I think that is because these are made vinyl. This slightly thicker texture made them hard to work with and I did get a few creases (although they weren't as noticeable as my macro photographs)

Annoyingly most of the pink detail on the wraps seemed to be on the other end so unless you have very long nails they were quite dark without as much of the 'pattern'

The wear time on these was pretty good, I wore mine for three days before the wraps started to rip on the free edge.

In all you do need to have a little patience when applying these wraps but I think tehy are a great alternative for interesting nails for a night out!

You can buy these wraps at Boots RRP: £7.50

The inclusion of this graphic means that the product above was sent to me for review. All opinions are honest and all information is correct at the time of writing.
